One-Time Orders
If you need to cancel or modify a one-time purchase, please contact us at:
Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may still qualify for a refund under our 90-Day Refund Policy.
Subscription Orders
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through our website.
How to Cancel Your Subscription:

Visit our website and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

Sign in using the email you used at checkout

Select the active subscription you wish to cancel

Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
Once canceled, you will no longer be billed.
Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled, but it may still be eligible for refund under our 90-Day Guarantee.
